My own journey with The Movement Barn (TMB) started with a simple motivation: to join my mum in her sessions and experience functional fitness in a welcoming environment. I was eager to try something new without the intimidation of traditional gyms. Little did I know how transformative this decision would be.

When I started, my primary goal wasn’t about numbers on a scale or hitting specific personal bests. Instead, I wanted to rediscover the joy in fitness.
