Start Your Training Journey

If you're interested in training with us at The Movement Barn, the best place to start is with an assessment session.

This gives us the opportunity to learn more about your goals, training history and any previous injuries so we can recommend the best way for you to begin.

Our aim is simple: to help you start training with direction and build a sustainable approach to improving your strength, fitness and movement.

Assessment

Your journey begins with a one-to-one assessment session.

During this session we’ll talk through your goals, training history and any injuries, while guiding you through a few simple movements to understand how you move.

This allows us to recommend the training option that will suit you best.

Foundations

Following your assessment, we’ll use what we learn about your goals, training history and movement to provide you with a clear plan of action for your first 4–6 weeks.

You’ll receive 14 training credits to use across any of our timetabled sessions, allowing you to experience our Build, Breathe and Move framework while following a plan designed specifically for you.

This phase is not about a quick transformation. It’s about building consistency, understanding how our training works and establishing a strong foundation so you can continue progressing with direction and confidence.

Join the programme

From there you can join one of our coaching memberships and continue progressing through your structured training programme.

Over time you'll develop strength, improve fitness and move better through the Build, Breathe and Move framework that underpins all of our training.
