The Movement Barn is a coach-led fitness studio, Englefield, West Berkshire, RG7 5EA. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us.

- Details you give us when you enquire, book or sign up, such as your name, email, phone number and answers to any questions (for example, your training goals).
- Health or injury information you choose to share so we can coach you safely.
- Information about how you use our website, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and contact you about the course or class you asked about.
- To manage your bookings, membership and payments.
- To coach you safely and appropriately.
- To send you updates and offers, but only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide our services (contract, or steps taken before a contract), for our legitimate interests in running and promoting the studio, and with your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies. We only use health information with your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the services that help us run TMB, such as our booking and payment systems, email provider, website host (Squarespace) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising and lead forms. Some of these services may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies

How long we keep it
