Build & Breathe Pre & Postnatal is a coach-led strength and conditioning class designed specifically for those who are pregnant or returning to exercise after birth.

Every session is adapted to suit your stage — whether you're in your first trimester or months postpartum — with individual guidance from our specialist coaches throughout. This isn't a generic fitness class with modifications bolted on. It's built from the ground up for where your body is right now.

Dexter brings his expertise in strength and conditioning to every session, with specialist training in pre and postnatal exercise. His approach is methodical, encouraging, and always tailored to the individual in front of him.

Zoe combines deep knowledge of movement quality with a warm, supportive coaching style. Her specialist training means she understands the nuances of the pre and postnatal body — and how to work with it, not against it.
